Rights as husband

what ate the rights of husband, if wife found guilty. Can husband property or Income is consider for separation? specially if they have kids studying in school & below 18 years.

Your brief is not clear "wife found guilty of what?"

However;

1. SC says no alimony for woman who desert husband and becomes ground to deny her alimony.


2. SC also says if wife found to be adulterous then it is not a ground to deny her alimony.

I personally feel above to be hilarious diverse pronouncements of Courts.
Reasoning: Common sense says that Adultery is at the minimal level is "breach of trust". If breach of trust is a cognizable offense(Raja and Kanimozhi of 2 G fame / notoriety have been booked under this as an after thought this involves tough prison sentence), it beats me as to how breach of trust in a marriage is not a cognizable offense! Indian Family law discriminates men against women in this aspect is my view.
