My wife has filed a case of maintenance in last weak of February 2018.
but i am unable to see this case in website of ecourt Dehradun. is it possible to see
family court matters on website???

Sir, My wife is residing in company provided residence and i am giving her Rs.8000 PM regularly, after three years i will be retire from my service and i will get the sump sum amount provident fund+ Graduty+ Leave encashment from my employer.
I want to know that can my wife ask any amount from my lump sum amount.and can get orders from the court.
Kindly help me to give the answer of My query

Stop cheque payment with sufficient funds.
Sir, i have issued a cheque of Rs. 10,00,000 for April 2019. towards the final payment of divorce sattelment . Already i have paid 40,00,000/- to her. but now she refused to give divorce. is there any way to stop payment of this Rs.10 lacs cheque. kindly let me know what legal rules says regarding stop payment of cheque. Thanks
