Can we make changes in the registered flat sale agreement ?
I have by-mistakenly entered the wrong flat number in one of the sale agreement, and now it is nearly a year the sale agreement is registered.

Respected senior,
One of my client sold some goods to private limited company on credit basis,after repeated request made by my client said company were not responding,then i have issued a legal notice to said company and their directors, in that connection some of directors replied that the said company took over and hence not responsible for the same as it was the earlier dues. Now please suggest some other remedy than Summary Suit.

Respected seniors,
After getting exparte decree in summary civil suit I have filed an application u/s 46 of cpc to execute the same decree,but after passing a 2 years judge suggesting me to give specific details of the judgement debtor's property. I have many time argued but still judge is ignoring. Pls. Tell me what should I do to overcome from the above said issue.

One of my friend is a lawyer and runs a law firm(Partnership Firm) and also having a website in the name of their firm and my friend is also a certified handwriting analyst.
Now Questions are...
1. can firm starts a professional consultancy in handwriting analysis?
2. Can they add a portion of content relating to the handwriting analysis in their existing website.
3. can it be considered as a legally wrong,if they do so?

i have filed my ITR for the assessment year2011-2012 in which i have claimed tds refunds and i have received a refund cheque but the amount is not as per the claimed amount, the amount is less than i have claimed now in this condition what should i do? please guide me.

Dear Friends,
I have filed one suit u/o 37 of C.P.C. against a partnership firm and summons is issued in the name of defendant firm and one of the partner has signed in his personal capacity which means there is no specifically mentioned on the back side of summons that, he is signing in the capacity of partner of the defendant firm and While pendency of suit it is come to the plaintiff’s knowledge that defendant firm is dissolved earlier and no more partners except said present partner are alive. The partner who is alive and appeared in the said suit is also 72 years of age. Now in this situation if said partner of defendant firm will expire then what will the remedy exist for the plaintiff. What steps should plaintiff take for safe side?

I have filed one summary suit u/o 37. the said suit is filed by a partnership firm through its active partner. now is it compulsory to take authority from other partners to file said suit.

Dear All,
My query is as under:
i have filed a case in which my client is seeking maintenance from her husband. the summons of the said case is sent through registered post (air mail) because her husband is living out side India i.e. Sudan but the cover is returned with some remarks which is not legible because it is written in the local language of sudan.
in such a condition can i file a complaint against postal department in which can i claim to produce translated version of such remarks.
or
can it is valid document if i file a translated version which is duly certified by the notary public given by the certified translator in a affidavit form.
i am thinking such a way because court is not permitted me to send summons through e-mail.

Power Of attorney
Respected seniors,
I have filed a cheque return complaint through Power of attorney holder. A wife has executed the said POA in favour of her husband to file a case but , specific reason for execution of said POA is not mentioned, now question is that, whether it is compulsory to mention reason for execution of POA?
