what is the rule to fix Alimony in a divorce case. can court fix Alimony even though the wife fails to prove her allegations in the court?

My brother's wife filed divorce case & submitted fake list of dowry items in family court & case u/s 406 . There are major differences in items in both the list which were asked by our lawyer in court during crossing After realizing their mistake they withdrew their evidence from family court. But now the honorable & very learnt Judge said to pay 1350000 one time elemoney though it is proved that list & dowry case is fake. What should we do and what are the rules in this regards.

My brother is a partner in a firm wef 01-06-2007. In last three year he had never provided any detail of accounts & now suddenly other partners demanded him to pay Rs.250000/- as his share of liability & decline to provide detail of accounts.
Now my brother wants to leave the firm. I want to know what are his rights ?
Want are the steps to be taken to resign from a firm ? ( Firm is not registered & and partnership is at will).
Can any one provide me draft of notice of resigning & advertisement draft.
As per deed my brother is partner for 20% share and his capital introduction in firm is 100000/- and other four partners are 3 lakh each. They submitted a liability statement as per that our share in liability is 20% while share in asets is 9%. Is this way of calculation is wright ?

My client is a partner in a unregistered partnership firm in uttaranchal. The firm is dissolved wef 31-03-2010. During the period of partnership my client has not provided any detail of accounts of the firm, now the other partners required him to pay his share of liability without any detail of accounts and how the loss was uncured & issued him a notice to pay his share upto 15 june 10 otherwise they may take a legal action against him.I want to know what are the legal rights provided to my client & what steps he should take?

My sister in law filed a dowary case on us in June 2003 and at the time of that case they were living in a rented house. can she file a case on us under DV Act ? Also my parental hose is on my mother's name. My mother died in June 2007. Can she claim the share in the property. My mother has not made any will but my brother has no objection to transfered it on my name. Also i had taken a home loan for the construction of that house.

My sister in law filed a case u/s 125 on my brother and get a allowance of Rs. 1500 pm. At the time of final verdict in that case hon able judge pointed out in various places that there is no cruelty on her by my brother & the grounds on which she filed dowary case on us is suspected. My question is that when he find that it is a false case and we are innocence why he fixed monthly allowance ? what are the options opens to us ?

my sister in law filed a false dowary case on us u/s 498A, 406, 125 . She submitted a list of dowary which she claims she bring with her in the case u/s 125 and also a list U/s 406 in the different court. Both the list were different in many matters like goods, price of goods etc. My question is that though all the cases are still going on in the court but can we filed a case on her for the false affidavits submitted in the court on the grounds of difference in the lists. Is any other way to get him punished for her false statements ?

In my brother divorce case our advocate took evidence from father of my bro's wife and ask some questions. After that their advocate demanded to cross verify their own evidence by him to rectify the mistakes made by their evidence. Is it permissible?
