we are two brothers & one married sister
we all brothers had equal shares of money expended in our sister,s marrige.
although we have expended much money.
our sister wants share in our ancestral property.
does she entital for equal share?

Yes. Your sister has equal share in ancestral property.

You ought to have obtained written & registered deed of relinquishment of her share in the ancestral property towards the expenditure of her marriage.

after the amendment in Hindu Succession Act in 2005, she is entitled to share in Ancestral property as well (in case the property was not already divided prior to the specified date)
