Merger and acquisition is not all for Corporate Law. Corporate Law mainly includes within its ambit Companies Act, Depositories Act, SEBI Act, FEMA Act, LLP Act, Competition Act etc. However for merger and acqusition you may read Companies Act-Ramaya.
