Hi iam unmarried. I want to do living relationship with married women. Her husband left her 8 years back. She living alone since 8 years. She doesn't have any communication with her husband. Her husband married again with some other women. I f do marry or do living relationship with her is there any legal issue.

Legal option is in her getting divorce that you can marry her.

If you do not have sex with her you can live legally with her. Having sexual relations with a married woman is offence of adultery.

She did not get a divorce. So it is an offense if you have a physical relationship with her.

Adultery could only be an Legally Valid Ground for Divorce and it no more an Offence. In September 2018 the Apex Court had declared IPC Sec 497 that makes Adultery an Punishable Offence for men --unconstitutional and had struck it down. SO-----------------------------------------------
