No, nominee is only trustee of the property ,he can not retain the property or he does not become the owner of Property being nominee, he has to distribute property among legal heirs of deceased.

Hello,

The first, second, third nomination will not make any difference. In fact nomination will not make some one complete owner of the property. All legal heirs will have an equal share in the property.

Well advised, agree with the expert Advocate Bhartesh goyal.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 03 February 2021
Well analysed, opined and obliged by experts, I concur.
First second or third shall not make any difference qua nominee of flat.
