Subject : Request for stop my Mather widow penchane
Message :
Sir my father expired on feb2017.he worked as a bill collecter in municipal office.my mother harnessed to my father when he alive.she got compensation pention every month 20000.she is very dangerous person.she got remarried on 2018 in secret.please help me give suggestions to stop her pension.beacause she is very fast and spoiled the values in society.she is going out side daily by own bike and do unethical things done under herbal life sales job

Whether your father retired or resigned.Neverthless pension cannot be stopped.

If you can provide documentary evidence of her remarriage, the pension she gets in pursuance of the death of your father may stop, but for doing unethical things, probably without violating any law, under the guise of her selling job you cannot do anything legally.

Law does provide a solution to deal with only the person violates any law of the land but not for violating the ethical code of the society however grave it is.

Do you have concrete evidence of her re-marriage and non-intimation to the department (employer of your father)?
If so, consult and engage a local prudent lawyer practicing service matters for proper guidance and proceeding.

Only proof of remarriage of your mother can help you stop her pension. But beware, you would not be entitled to any family pension, even if your mother's pension is stopped.

You state your mother got married in 2018 secretly, this by itself show you do not have proof her remarriage. The compensatory pension the mother gets can be stopped by the government authority provided the proof of her remarriage given to them The right to enjoy pension is open to the spouse only if the spouse remains alive and unmarried.
You may inform the government department about her secret remarriage and request them for departmental inquiry and investigation in this regard and stopping her pension till the time the matter get resolved. This if happens will put lot of mental pressure on the woman at least for few months.
