Thanks Goyal sir... sir how opposite party make payment? Are they deposit award amount in my account directly or in the court?

Opposite party can directly pay the ordered amount by handing over cheque before District Consumer Forum. After taking note of it Consumer Forum can dispose off the execution petition.
Advocate Bhartesh goyal (Expert) 13 April 2018
Opposite party may make payment directly to you or may deposit in forum .It's the choice of opposite party.
