In Os,After Judgement dependent file IA (under limitation act) after 6months. IA Also dismissed. Now dependent file CRP in High Court. What happen in that CRP

He must have filed CRP aganst Dismissal of IA for condonation of Delay. In CRP also cause of each days delay he must sufficiently explain to court's satisfaction in order to to set aside exparte decree.

Even "anonymous" author do not accept the statement made by an impersonating person who expects and begs/prays every one to press "like" button let it be "dislike" also.
