I have on question
My friend love a woman since 3 mount
Now that womans husband got that information by WhatsApp msg & photos that here wife love other unmarried boy
Can husband do case agent that boy(if that woman saying all my mistake)

If the married woman indulge in actual sexual relationship outside marriage, she can be guilty of adultery on the basis of which the husband can obtain divorce from her.
With sufficient evidence of actual sexual relationship with another man, the husband can lodge private criminal complaint against that man u/s 497 IPC for adultery and get him punished up to 5 years imprisonment.
Proof of actual sex required not mere WhatsApp chat or phone details to prove adultery.

Why you are so perturbed about the illicit relation of the wife of your friend?
Whether your friend is illiterate, deaf or dumb to take any action/ legal guidance to punish his wife (if he decides so)? or you are the love-boy?
