Questioned property is self acquired property of grandfather X and not ancestral property so during the lifetime of A & B,sons of X,grandson can't seek partitionS & B being sons and only legal heirs of X have absolute right over the property and have every right to sell the property.

Sons / daughters of A & B have no share in the said property of grandfather X till their father are alive as the property does not satisfy the criteria of ancestral property.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 20 September 2017
Grandsons/daughters have NO forced share in self acquired property of Grandfather.
