Rejoining job after resignation

Sir I am Doctor. I have resigned from ESIC Delhi on 5/1/17. After 3 month of notice period (5/4/17) I have join state government job. Right now I want to rejoin my previous organisation. Is it possible to continue previous job.

No chance. Resigned means, no relation with your previous job.

Was it a technical resignation, allowing you to retain the lien?

If you have resigned with free will.. then NO

Seems no chance for rejoining.

Once your resignation was accepted by ESIC you are no more employee of ESIC and cannot take benefit of previous service with them. However, if you are selected and joined it shall be a fresh appointment.
