A person of sound mind can sign WILL even on his/her last day before taking his last breath in this mortal world.

You can ask for report of handwriting expert and in case of need prey for forensic report.

If court reject may appeal to higher court.

Dear experts my question is what should be gap between disputed signature on document to admitted signs ? If have will deed of 2007 do the admitted signs of 2004 will be accepted by court for forensic test
Azhagananth (Expert) 15 July 2017
M/S Rajashekar, the court will not directly Dismiss/Reject the application of expert opinion on the time gap of documents.

It is only the Forensic Department may ask for such documents if any flow/stroke was changed little bit. in reply to Forensic Dept. request, the court will ask the both parties, means petitioner and respondent to produce such documents of time intervals.

If both party failed to produce such documents on that interest, they will close the I.A and will not Dismiss/Reject the claim on the above stated reason.

You follow the procedures that is to be adopted for referring a document for an opinion by experts at FSL.
You will get opinion on whatever documents you may rely and refer to.
The FSL cannot bring documents from their sources, you only have to arrange for the documents to compare them with the document in dispute for experts' opinion therefore if you rely opinion the document of the year 2004, you may refer the same for comparison.

M/S. Rajashekar, when u checked and found it as forgery, it is a sufficient proof. no need of other documents to prove the same.

Your father should have a bank account where his specimen signature would be there and forensic dept could compare and confirm the genuineness .Discuss with a local good senior advocate
