Hello sir, my father's (grand parents) ancestral properties were used and enjoyed by elder brother for last thirty years. And my uncle passed away before two years. At present the properties were under my uncles sons control. My dad has four sisters and they too want their share now. But my uncle's legal heirs too were not ready to share the property and hence they didn't give the death certificate of my uncle. How do I get the death certificate and legal heir certificate. Is it legal to get my uncle's death certificate from the hospital without the knowledge of his sons and daughters. Please suggest me quick solution. Thank you

First make some efforts and collect all the documents for atleast 50 years till date by applyng for Copy Of Documents and EC with the help of Senior Document Writers at concerned Registrar Office.Once you get every thing in hand meet a Local Good Senior Advocate and he would guide you.Any Doubt you could Post Here.

Other Prespectives:
As a Co-sharer/Legal heir/successor in the property you may approach:
Hospital and Registrar of Births and Death: for death certificate.
O/o Tehsildar: For legal heir certificate.
Concerned Revenue official e.g; Patwaari: for mutation record with link documents.

"my father's (grand parents) ancestral properties were used and enjoyed by elder brother for last thirty years. And my uncle passed away before two years"
Whose elder brother? Is it the elder brother or the uncle? What is the stand of your father? How is that the property is ancestral?
