Harassment by Revenue Dept.

Respected experts,
I am living in a small backward town. I have problem,

One person has sold his entire land (ancestral) of a plot to three different parties including me. I was the last purchaser 38yrs back. Now his son (who was 16 yrs old at the last sale) has applied for the demarcation of the entire plot at the office of Circle Officer. Revenue Dept. is helping him rather he has applied at the instance of Revenue Dept. The reason behind their activity is to grab my land (or at least harass me) which is lying vacant and unmutated. Case is initiated with proper case no. and notice has been issued to all parties. Revenue Dept didn’t touch other parties land. They have prepared false report against me and exploiting and also have done some nuisance over my land. Is this activity of Revenue Dept. is legal/justified? What best should I do? Is it a case of harassment? Can their activity be stopped by civil Court?

False report means what?.
You can do one thing, against the Revenue employees file a complaint before the Deputy Commissioner of the Dist., Asst., commissioner and Tahasildar . YOu can also issue a legal notice to all these persons u/s 80 of C.P.C.

File an injunction suit against Govt., of (Ur)STate, rep., by the Deputy Commissioner, concerned Asst., commissioner and Tahasildar.

They have prepared sketches of the plot and my land has been shown as land of vendor's son. I have complained to all officers concerned and have filed objections, but they are keeping it alive since last one year. They are not taking any action.

If you have sale document with spcific boundaries and measurement,you should file suit against that pertson for declaration and permanent injunction and you may also join the Govt.But if you want to join govt.,pl.give notice u/s 80 notice as advised above.

sir, I have registered sale deed with specific boundaries,actually it is the govt(Revenue employees) who is creating problem or can be said laying trap(Since last 39years neither vendor nor his son has ever created any problem.) for me, so that I will beg and negotiate with them, it is their routine work. They are creating papers in support of son of the vendor.
