Transfer of property

(Querist) 01 September 2016 This query is : Resolved
Hello sir i am(birth-1960) 56 year old man. My father had died( in 1961) just after 1 year of my birth. Now my 'father's sister'(Buaa, aunt) (birth-1948) want to claim for her property. My grandfather(died-1998) make a will for 'me and my mother' but it does not register in tehsil(property office's in district). All our property are ancestral, not self earned. Can she able to give that property. Please sir help me. Thank you !

Is the will got signed by two witnesses and scribe? Is the will a last one? contact an able counsel of your area and show the will and other papers relate to the property. he will guide you.

daughter (aunt) and son (father) do have equal rights in ancestral property and the Will not be lawful as it is against her rights;

Why to repeat?
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 29 September 2016
Agree, repeating is bad habit.
Surrender K Singal (Expert) 01 October 2016
Experts have right to refrain if any query is repeat WHICH could be due to author's dissatisfaction with its resolution;
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 01 October 2016
Anyway even if it has come to notice after more than a month that the query is repeated, an expert has right to do so.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 01 October 2016
If the it is brought to the notice of the other experts that the query is repeated then all other may refrain to reply.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 01 October 2016
Even otherwise such old queries are not attended by authors especially when the author has not responded afresh since a long. Such query generally stands resolved.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 01 October 2016
An expert has every right to respond the query as and when he finds suitable time to attend it.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 02 October 2016
Repeating should be pointed out whenever noticed for further reference.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 02 October 2016
Here also, the reply could have been in one post, instead of 4!

The other thread can be referred on it;

easy to advice others, hard to follow.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 02 October 2016
Rephrasing;

'easy to sermon others, not possible to follow.'
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 02 October 2016
I have been taught by my expert brothers how to reply the query otherwise since last more than 7 years, I have addressed the query in just one post unless subsequently raised any question or any omission (exceptionally).

This also meant to show that I also know to reply in the same manner some experts do despite of repeated requests to review the way.

The reaction is also one-sided. Why such objection has not been raised against the experts even today also replying in the same manner.

So "Par Updesh Kushal bahutere" is not a myth. I am not going to adopt this artificial way to reply the queries but just to get reaction of some wise experts, the reply was given in the same coin.

"Par Updesh Kushal bahutere"

salute to advice / phrase without self discipline and follow.

Jai Shree Ram ! That much interaction could have been useful if the query was addressed rather than alerting it to be repeat or whatever ?
Kumar Doab (Expert) 03 October 2016
Jai Shri Ram!

Expert Mr. Surrender K Singal,

If it is felt by respective and respected expert to post more than once, it shall be posted more than once so as to address the query, and have enriching discussion, and benefit from it...........and readers to benefit from it.

It is not just repeated academic query, but score, Hall of Fame, funds etc that are basic reasons for some experts.

It has come out in other threads................one of which is mentioned above.
