Dear Client,

Is it private limited company? Then file a either a civil suit for breach of contract in a civil court seeking relief of refund of your entire money with interest till payment and before that you issue legal notice to that consultancy for r breach of contracts and refund of your money. You cn also file a case in Labour court.
You can file a criminal case under 420 IPC for cheating claiming hefty compensation from the consultancy firm on account of their breach.

Should I appoint a lawyer for filing my case??? Approximately how much time will it take to resolve the case?? Currently I don't have money to pay fees for lawyer after I get compensation I can give the fees
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 18 August 2016
File complaint in consumer forum. That would be more expeditious and cost effective and does not require help of lawyer much.

Hope you have proof of demand of payment for service and proof of payment of service.

You have to find out locally the DCDRF is at which address.

Give police complaint and move consumer forum

Please ascertain first, whether you have proof of demand and payment, as that will be quite essential before going to any legal forum. Otherwise, it would be better for you to resort to amicable settlement to recover your money to avoid wastage of more money and time on your part in fighting in courts.
