I as 1st owner of a flat wish to delete name of my son -2nd jt holder on Chs Share cert. Due to his death. Application ltr given with original share cert & Notarised death certificate To chairman of CHS. They want to know under which law subrule I want name deleted. Pl. Mail me procedure rule & sub rule how name to be simply deleted from society register & share cert. Due to death. No other action requested except rqst to delete name on sh cert & return. There is no addition of name etc..pl. Note & advise me aeap pl. Thanks.

I am a Parsi living in Pune Maharashtra.
I am the owner of a 2 BHK flat. The share cert. of CHS is in the names of : Me (Mother) as the 1st owner and 2nd joint holder is my son. My son has expired years ago but his name is still appearing on the share certificate. So I (Mother) as the 1st owner submitted an application to the chairman of CHS with Original share cert. and originally notarized share certificate requesting CHS to simply delete 2nd JT holder's Name (My Son's Name as he has expired) from the original share certificate and leave the cert. in my single name only and return the cert. to me duly corrected. I have not asked for transfer of property etc. in my application to them. I have a grandson (My son's son) but I do not wish to incorporate his name either on the share certificate, nor on the nomination form, nor transfer property to him. I and he have nothing to do with each other and he has deserted me. My son's wife has already expired. Pl. advise if my son's name can be deleted from CHS share cert or not.

Wonder, if it took TWO YEARS for Ms. Usha Kapoor to agree with the opinion of some expert, whereas the said expert has not expressed any of his opinion, rather asked for some information from the querist, which was never supplied by the querist for the last two years..
So, can she make clear what exact purpose can be served with her agreeing with the non-existing opinion of the expert?
