Hello

I have property which was purchased in 1994
before me there are 4 buyer
building was built in 1975
I have 3 agreements since 1989
I am thinking to sell this property
1) you thing this property can eligible for loan if buy decide to get loan?
2) to filling this floss I have letter from building who were owner before
and I have indemnity bond and I post new paper ad about lost agreements
please advise me
