for granting injunction against govt. court fee & other

whether it is mandatory to submit the valuation certificate issued by the subregistrar in the court? and 2 different court fee shall be paid for injuction and title over the suit schedule, which is government land?

For injunction suit court fee is fixed as Rs. 67.50, whatever is the value of property or subject matter.

In Karnataka for injunction suit CF is Rs.25/- valuation is immaterial. If it is suit for declaration and injunction cF will be paid on the market value of the property. NO need to produce the valuation certificate of Sub regiatrar.
