To change birth date on leaving certificate

(Querist) 02 February 2016 This query is : Resolved 
Plz let me know the whole process to change birth date on leaving certificate of primary school.
I have birth certificate with correct date but in all docs having wrong birth date.
Plz help me to resolve this issue asap.

Consult lawyer as the same could be done by filing case.

Consult the respective institution, if it is recent clerical mistake, it can be rectified easily.
