my cousin sister is filed a case at women cell against his husband.We have submitted stri dhan list.But the husband of sisters his not agrreing to give divorce.So how the case will proceed. Please suggest top divorce firm lawyers in delhi.

If her husband is not willing to give consent divorce, ask her to file a divorce case on the grounds of cruelty.
