I am working with private limited company.I have filed hundreds of cases against pirates copyright behalf of my company and most important thing is I was complainer in all cases.whenever courts issue summon or warrant I have to appear in court.
If my company harassed me or pressurized me to leave job then what action can I take against them?because In this situation I can't do job anywhere due to cases and my life will spoil badly.pls reply me

I fail to understand why your fresh job would be spoiled.
You can anyway get summons of the cases but if you say that you have quit the company then your witness would be expunged.

It appears that you have not disclosed the complete facts.
What do you mean by "I have filed hundreds of cases against pirates copyright behalf of my company and most important thing is I was complainer in all cases"?
do you mean that even though the cases filed on behalf of the company, this is not on record and the matters are dealt with as if they are your personal complaints?
Have you engaged advocate(s) to represent pursue the cases? Who is bearing their expenditure?
Obviously, filing of more than 100 cases cannot take place in a spur of the moment; the cases would have been filed in the course of years or decades and all along you have been in their service or contract? If so, on what terms?
Prima ficie, unholy arrangement has been in existence in prosecuting the cases and you had been a willing partner or participant. Now there is a strain in the arrangement and either you or company or both wish to take advantage of the situation. As such, the query is less than bonafide.

If your present company dismiss you, you have option to take steps as per your service conditions.
Court proceedings are separate and you have to appear if summons received, away from the fact that you are employed in the present company or in some other company..
you can discuss the situation to your new employer while accepting job if relieved from present job.

Mr. Paritosh,
Only HUNDREDS of cases, you may be forgetting. The number can be be thousands of cases against your company.
Why worried about the action by your company, as you seem to be more than a lion-hearted bravest person in this world, who can file hundreds of cases against his employer?
After winning your hundreds of copyright cases against your company, I don't think there would exist any need for you to serve any company, as you would be expected to be the most rich person by virtue of your claims against the company.
