Interpretation of order

(Querist) 17 January 2016 This query is : Resolved
Could any expert interpret what the following means:-

P.C.
Heard.
2. Issue notice to the respondents, with intimation that this matter is
likely to be disposed of finally at the admission stage.
3. The learned Public Prosecutor waives notice for all the
respondents.
4. Stand over to 12/02/2016 at 2.30 p.m.

Does this mean that the case is going to be decided against the Petitioner before admitting the case? what could be the remedy in such a case?

Thank You
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 17 January 2016

Agree with the expert Devajyoti Barman.
Adv. Yogen Kakade (Expert) 18 January 2016
Before passing the final order the court grants a permission to argue the matter finally. And on the basis of earlier hearings, witnesses and evidences along with the final hearing the court decides on the basis of the merits and demerits of the case.

Agreed with the experts.
