at the time of marriage my wife was unemplyed but forced me to stay in her mother house. as iam a ony child to my parent and she has a brother i got my transfered and stayed with my parent. my wife did not come and stayed with me. i filed divorce case which is bending. now we both are employed. 300 km away. legally can i claim my wife to come and stay with me or i have to go to her place. she is in her mother house. or this separation also add weightage to my divorce case.

Try to have amicable settlement to save the marriage. Take help from relatives, effective people from society, family friends and elders.

contested divorce may take years with uncertain outcome.

If marriage can not be saved, try for mutual consent divorce.
