If registered in your name, the property will remain yours absolutely without any share for anyone till your death.

During your life time you can dispose of your property in any manner you want, i.e., sale, gift or to execute a will. While selling and gifting will attract stamp duty at the prescribed rates for registration, a will won't cost you anything like registration charges. But will would become operative only after your death. Will can however be changed any time by you during your life time.

If you are owner of the property you can enjoy it in your life time or give it away in your lifetime as it pleases to you.

IF THERE IS NO WILL PROPERTY GOES TO YOUR HUSBAND AFTER YOUR DEATH.

The property in would remain yours during your life time and you can bequeath it through will to any one you wish.

Well advised, agree with the experts.
