Dear all,

I need to know that why RTI information getting late, in last February-2015 we applied for obtain our Grand mother land information through RTI But till date no information.

please guide me.

If your application reached to proper address and after 30 days no information is received.In this situation you can file an appeal application u/sec.19 of the RTI Act to the higher authority of the said department.

Download the POD and if required obtain certified copy of run sheet of postman from PO and submit appeal to first appellate authority.

This also not an astrological forum where PRASHANASHATRIs could calculate as to why particular action is delayed.

If reply not received in time file appeal to first appellate authority.

At this time after 9 months, you cannot prefer appeal.

I suggest you to send once again the RTI application, if you do not receive the reply in 30 days, file the 1st appeal within 30days from the date of their acknowledgement or receipt.
