Where have you filed the case? Is it at the place the cheque was dishonoured?
DEFENSE ADVOCATE.-firmaction@g (Expert) 09 July 2015
The amendments through ORDINANCE for cheque law have been very carefully drafted to help public sector banks and FIIS so that they can file or refile the cheque cases from any branch.

However for defense advocates that is the advocates for accused it also provides excellent opportunities to come out of the cases.

PLEASE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF this golden opportunity since this law has draconian provisions only helping MONEY LENDERS.

For the query there is no need of giving any application by the accused, the ORDINANCE gives direction to transfer the case what ever may be the stage.
