Sir

I have not submitted complete documents as per list of documents in the Written Statement. For which the opposite advocate had filed an application directing me to do the same.

Furthermore, the Hon'ble Forum passed an Order directing me to do the same in 10 days time. For which I have delayed for almost 22 days.

Incase I be asked by the Forum to ex play the delay in submitting the documents, filing an Application, what Application do I need to file? Hopefully I guess its not for extension of time. Is it for Condoning the delay or any other? Please advise.

File an application u/s 151 cpc.
Nomenclature of an application is not that important as long as you are clear in your prayer sought for in the application.
