Dear Sir,
I applied for passport for native address since iam working in other place not accepted to give passport and raised 1000 rupees penalty. After that asked me to provide company HR letter and room rental agreement as per that i provided that and sent for police verification. In police verification shows adverse report by asking other than agreement & HR letter. Whatever i submitted in passport office not accepting in police verification..
Please suggest me in this case. Is it possible to get passport.

File a writ petition. It appears that the police is not submitting favourable report due to extraneous reasons.

Have you got other proofs? What adverse report police has submitted?
If possible try to remove objections, gather other proofs and consult passport office.

your rental agreement is sufficient proof that you are residing in said address .what other documents are sought by police

Are you sure that the police have sent an adverse report?, if so, whether the passport authorities have intimated their decision?, then you may approach the passport office once again with the valid documents in your possession and explain them, if need be by giving them in writing, your problem will be taken care of.

Yes... intimated but i thought that passport has been cancelled already and i don't regarding this show cause notice.

So what is the problem now you are facing in this regard?, are the police still following the case which was disposed by passport authorities?, if so, you can inform the police in writing abut the decision by the passport authorities and ask them to relieve you from further investigation in this matter.
