Girlfriend

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am in love with a girl, who also loves me. Our relation started 3 years back. But now her parents are forcing her to marry some other person by threatening my life and as a result she has started avoiding me. Also they have confiscated her mob phone so I am unable to communicate with her. Can I do something through legal path? I cant live without her. please do provide some solutions.

Law does not force a person to marry against her will.
First get your girlfriend agree for marriage with you . if she does then you can seek police protection.
Now god may be with you.

if your girl friend is avoiding you then you cant force her to marry you . if she is being married against her consent she should lodge police complaint against her family members . also complain to state commission for women

Legally you can not marry her against her will. It would be better if you marry with consent of her family for stable life.

u can also go for marriage in arya samaj mandir. parents cannot do any legal action against both of you as ur both adults.contact ur GF asap and agree her for marriage.
