However, for your information section 499 & 500 of indian penal code, 1860 provides punishment for defamation.

Dear Respected Sir,
The question is we have purchased the property in 60 lakh . but after sometime hdfc bank loans executive was come to our home and said 16 lakh loan was pending in bank registry was also there. then my chacha ji file the compliant in 420ipc and person was arrested and taken bail also . after 6 month my chacha ji expired and case is continue. 6 to 7 lakh was spend on chacha ji treatment and chachi ji totally harass due to chacha death and for money and tension. so what we do.

In the first place, it is not at all clear why a bank executive will get arrested if he says that there is an outstanding loan with the bank?

I think you are not giving complete facts. Please give complete facts, in case you desire an appropriate answer from LCI.

no sir a person who sold the property to my chacha ji was arrested .hdfc executive is not . they were only alert to my chacha ji that loan of 16 lakh is pending against this property

We could understand that person from Seller's Side was Arrested.When you had purchased the property whether the Bank Loan was Not Shown in Encumberrance Certificate In Registrar Office at the time of Registration and what about the Original documents whether it was Not handed over to you.With all relevant facts Consult Good advocate at your Place.
