you must state detailed facts of your case . if your aggrieved you must file writ at the earliest .

Am just asking that in how many time I can file a writ petition in high court. Actually Some one told me that its limitation is one year,is it r8?

There is no limitation prescribed for writ petition. The court considers anything beyond 90 days time on case ot case basis.
