Power of attorney

we have a flat in delhi in the name of me and my husband. Now we are going to sale it. I cannot go to delhi because of the physical condition . Can we prefer power of attorney ? Is it applicable for sale of property ?what are the proceedures of it? what cost will come? how we need to do it?please answer

you can give POA to your husband for sale of property . POA has to be duly stamped and registered . contact a local lawyer

Can you please clarify, how without the physical presence of the grantor the POA can be registered?
