If there is any possibility to submit a Janhit yachika for public interest against school vans which are running on roads with private permits,without follow any traffic rules ?
They must not carrying valid docs and any first aid boxes in the Van. They are carrying students above their seating capacity. They are breaking rules and playing with life of children. This is dangerous for future of our country. Thease are happening all over India.(Specially in major cities). Please suggest.

Sir,
I am not a expert of laws, but I am very much
interested about this matter. Sir,this is not my personal matter but i am very much serious with this. My two children are school going and am not able to accept any mishappening about this. So request you to please suggest me right guidelines which I have to do .

There are already various court orders to ensure the safety of school children in the school bus /vans. If any school bus/van is found to violate the normal rules, the matter can be brought to knowledge of transport authorities as well as educational authorities. General findings will not help out with a solution, particular incidence to be reported for proper action by authorities.
