There is no provision of attachment in this portal. As Mr.Barman rightly advised, unless the contents of the bond is known, it is difficult to give you any advice.

Produce the document of bond executed by you, to a local lawyer, for proper advise.

You will have to abide by the terms of bond. No escape for breaking bond conditions unless the same are proved void in a court of law.
P. Venu (Expert) 15 August 2014
The bond would be binding against the cost incurred by the employer for imparting special training for the job.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 16 August 2014
Yes, the conditions of bond would be binding if there incurred an expenditure towards training the employee.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 16 August 2014
agreed with Mr Dhingra, Mr Venu and Mr Kaialiselvan.
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 16 August 2014
You are bound by the contract terms. You have to pay the cost to the company. Even your future / prospective employer will not like this attitude of not honoring the bond.
P. Venu (Expert) 18 August 2014
However, every agreement without consideration or repugnant of public policy or restrictive of the fundamental rights is void. Just because the company offered an employment, they cannot enforce the bond unless the company incurred cost in imparting some special training.
