Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 19 July 2014
No, they have no share in it. It will be treated as self-earned property of the mother.
Lawyer SALEEMA KABEER (Expert) 20 July 2014
As rightly said by Mr.Devajyoti Barman, the property would be treated as her self acquired one and so, she alone has the absolute right. She can alienate the said property as she wishes.

The property so acquired by her will be treated as her exclusive and own property on which she has full rights to dispose it any manner without taking the consent of anyone including her own children during her life time.

Well opined by Learned Mr. Kalaiselvan.
