Death benefits!! and meetings that are held to issue death benefits

my father is a lawyer died recently. he worked for about 25 years in kadapa district court andhra pradesh.
i simply want to know about the details regarding the death benefits?i mean how much they are going to issue?(andhrapradesh india)
i heard that the bar council will be helding periodic meetings to issue death benefits how much is that true?when will they held such meetings?
what are all the other death benefits other than money?they will provide? for a lawyer of andhrapradesh with 25 years experiance?

Consult the local Bar.
Such facility is unheard of at this part of India.
For death certificate meet local Municipality.

Q3. WHow to apply for Death Benefit ?
A.The nominees of the deceased advocates have to make an application in prescribed Form ( Form No. 5) for claiming Death Benefits, enclosing Death Certificate and Recommendation letter from the concerned Bar Association, within 6 months from the date of expiry of the advocate.


Q4. How to apply for Retirement Benefit ?
A.Applicants have to make an application to the Committee in writing for claiming Retirement Benefits, enclosing Recommendation letter from the concerned Bar Association and Original Enrolment & Welfare Fund Certificates.


Q5. How to apply for Financial Assistance on Medical grounds ?
A. Applicants have to make an application in prescribed Form (Form No. 6) for claiming Financial Assistance on Medical grounds, enclosing Discharge Summary or Medical Certificate from concerned Hospital along with the Medical Bills. The applicants have to enclose covering letter along with the application, disclosing the particulars of the disease. The claim should be made within one year from the date of treatment.
