time period for clearance of objection by plaintiff

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 25 March 2014 This query is : Resolved 
1.P filed one Memorandum of Plaint for partition in May,2013. Court raised certain objections which he has not yet cleared despite lapse of 11 months. Is there any limitation for the clearance of objections. If he does not clear objections, whether the suit shall be live for ever.

2. P, in the above case, claims that the property is under litigation. Can he claim so for ever.

3. The claimed property has been alienated by his father long back. Now, he has painted the outside wall of property starting that thep property is under litigation. Can an FIR be filed against him. If so, for which offences and under which sections.
