Transfer case Inquiry

I filed 125 and interim is decided whi h is yet to pay by my husband. My husband filed HMA 13 from his city court . My elder son is with my husband. I requestes to HC to transfer the case in my residential city court. HC has allowes the same to transfer the case. Now how I will come to know that in which Judge case is given in the court ? Shall I get the summons for this ? Can I give the application on HMA 24 and 26 before attending the court divorce case ? Seeking your advise.

If you have got family court in your city, you can make an enquiry otheriwse make an enquiry in the Civil Judge senior division court.

only one family court in major cities . check with local family court . when you file your reply you can seek maintenance order
