Is any recovery can be done in pension. (after retirement of employee).

If any criminal case done at the time of service
or
if any criminal case did after the retirement can be recovery in pension amount.

Example: police case after retirement, cheating case etc after retirement. can be recover in pension amount.

Example: if date of birth given wrongly in service record, police case, cheating case etc., can recovery the amount in pension. or holding the pension is possible.
