1.rights of a married women in her father' property if he is not alive?

2.If she initiate partition suit, what about court fee? she have to pay court fee or not?

Whether married or not, the daughter has an equal right in her father's intestate properties along with other legal heirs. She can very well file a partition suit claiming her legitimate share in the intestate property of her deceased father and for delivery of separate possession of the same. Necessary court fee has to be paid which is common whether a son or a daughter or widow.
