1) can a bail application rejected by Sessions court, reapplied before the jmfc?

2) in which matters can the jmfc has the power to give bail?

Yes u/s 437 crpc on next of production but unlikely get any productive result.

bail is right only in bailable offence. in non bailable offence the court have discretionery power to reject or grant the bail.
