Respected sir,
1. I am enrolled my name in state bar council in the year 22.04. 1999
2. Joined in a private company for a job and submitted letter voluntarily suspension of practice letter to bar council on 01.09.1999.
3. Job resigned in 2002, due to sever health problem (cancer) and removed voice box and can speak with instrument, low voice.
4. I have resumed practice feb.2013 permission accorded by the bar council.
5. Now my request is, due to financial problems, am eligible for notary public, because I cannot speak normally and only notary public will help me.
6. Please kindly help to become a notary public, by the law as per any special provisions/recommendations as a special case.

to become notary public is not easy . you need not lot of influence .

For notary public practice of 10 years (7 years for reserved and woman candidate) is required and required procedure has to follow.

You are not having the experience to become a notary. Even if you got the appointment, it is not so easy to earn only by acting as the notary.
I am suggesting you to approach a law firm get the job in the back office, drafting etc. Many seniors who are having the humanity, will help you.

It is better to wait till you get the entitlement for the appointment of the Notary and better to concentrate over your practice till then.
