Partition deed

sir,
my grand father purchased property say "A".
my grand father had only one son that was my father and grand father and grand mother dead without a will deed.
my father purchased another property say "B".
my father and mother also dead without a will. My father have 5 sons and 2 daughters.
My father 2 daughter , They are my sisters got marriages before 1983.I heard my sisters could not claim in property 'A' and 'B' as they marriaged long time ago.we 5 brother's want to make partition deed .what is the process .please explain.

sisters can claim in property A and B . . contact a local lawyer . get partition deed drafted by lawyer .

All legal heirs have equal stake including your sisters. You may take the assistance of a lawyer in your area to help you to draft a partition deed.
