What relief can i get from jmfc court

(Querist) 22 December 2013 This query is : Resolved 
There are 10 shops and this property belongs to the family property , means its my grandfather property he is dead and having no will,in this case the younger brother is taking the rent and also taking the rent of other two brothers in this case
1)can i give him the legal notice for providing my share
2) if he reject to give the share what relif can i get from jmfc court,,,,,,
3)under which section plz guide me

You do not need to give any notice as it is not going to help you.
Go to court and file a suit for partition.
