is registration needed for leese deed if yes how is the stamp duty calculated. is this process of collecting stamp duty for all deeds

YES, REGISTRATION OF LEASE DEED IS MANDATORY AND EVEN A LEASE OF LESS THAN 12 MONTHS IS ALSO REQUIRES REGISTRATION IN A.P. THE STAMP DUTY WILL BE AS APPLICABLE IN YOUR STATE.

ii) proposed Period of Lease;

iii) Rent under Lease Per Month/Annum;

Yes registration is needed for leese deed. The stamp duty varies from state to state.

Registration of a Lease Deed for a term of less than a year is not compulsory. If the Lease Deed is for one year or any longer period it is compulsory to get it registered. Stamp duty will very from state to state and also according to the period of Lease.
