Dear Experts,
my son is working in an organization and every month some amount has been deducting from the salary of my son equal to their contribution for the Provident fund. But the organization did not deposited the TOTAL amount to the PF since one and half year and deductions are showing in the pay-slip. recently my son joined in another organization . when the same was asked the previous organization they are telling that we will deposit shortly. but already one month elapsed they did not deposited. kindly advice with a suitable advice how to get deposit in my son's PF Account.thanking you in advance.

You son has to make a formal complaint to the RPFC concerned regarding PF evasion against the company specifically intimating the salary details of each month and proof of deduction.
If no action is taken then come back.

What is the full form of RPFC. you mean Regional Provident Fund Corporation ? my son is working at Bangulore. Would it be convenient for you let me know the address of the same sir?
